Rich Cannon
I bought this at a farm sale 30 years ago in Boone Co. Missouri. Recently got curious about what I have. Trademark upside down. Can make out Brooklyn NY. Stamped 184 below trademark. 9163 stamped on base

Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
Welcome to IFI... Have you read this yet? https://www.iforgeiron.com/topic/53873-read-this-first/ It does look like a Hay Budden to me too. What else did you want to know? ThomasPowers
May have been from a re-seller as many anvil makers made anvils under contract for large hardware chains, or Sears Roebuck for example who had their ACME anvils made by at least two different anvil makers and had them stamped ACME. Also anyone owning the anvil can stamp whatever they want on it.
