Ironforge1
Picked this up recently and it’s in pretty good shape. There isn’t really any identifying marks other than “128” on the side. At the base underneath the horn there appears to be “R 711”. I have a feeling it’s a Trenton but looking for a potential date range and make. Thanks folks!!!!! ThomasPowers
What does the bottom look like?
Ironforge1
I don’t have a picture of the bottom but I didn’t see any markings.
Daswulf
Ah, but the markings Thomas is wondering about are not a logo or number. Looking for any indent and the basic look of it for clues. Also a closer picture of the other side and one already pictured above the weight stamp "might" help. Other than that, if the rebound and ring is good than you atleast have a good usable anvil.
