Could be more or less because when I rode my bicycle there to check it out something happened to my brain turning it to mush at seeing all those spikes :-) WOW. What a load!!!!!! However, being piled that way instead of just tossed out of the way says they probably intend to pick them up for disposal later. Frosty The Lucky.
