Welcome to the forum Wesley.  It's a good idea to update your profile with your general location since the answers to some questions are location specific and people from all around the world participate here.  What is available to me within a 10 minute drive may not be available at all in another part of the world.

If you are on a budget then I would think that propane in bbq size tanks or larger would be much more cost effective in the long run than what is called MAPP gas in small cylinders.  If you have your heart set on using MAPP and a torch I can't be of much help.  On the other hand if you are interested in relatively low cost up front and more savings over time then we can help.  For a low cost, yet effective propane burner I can wholeheartedly recommend the T-burner designed by our own Frosty:

If you have at least some small amount of tools and know how to use them you can build these burners for less than it will cost you for the torch you are trying to find.  As a bonus you get to talk to the designer to help iron out problems and help you get it tuned properly.  I'd also highly recommend reading through Burners 101 and Forges 101 to help you understand the principles and terminology better.

Unfortunately a lot of the videos and plans posted online are less than ideal, and some are downright dangerous.  Some may look cheap to build, but in the long run they will be far more expensive to operate due to using inferior materials and/or poor design.

Grab a comfy chair, a cold drink, and some snacks then spend a few hours reading through the topics I listed and any others that catch your attention.  We can't give you back the money you spent already, but we can help you avoid unnecessary costly purchases in the future. It just takes a little time and patience to get up to speed.

You're going to get a lot of replies that will seem like you're being beat up on. The truth of the matter is your not the people here are offering you good sound advice they're just all a little bit crusty. This is due to the hordes of people myself included who have come to these forms after watching YouTube and sought advice to correct the problem that YouTube created. You will still get good advice it just might not come sugar coat it. The best advice is already been given sit down and read the forges 101 and decide how you really want to build Forge. In the meantime if you are dead set in using what you have the burner shown is a benzo Matic.

To begin with, your photo seems to show a blue-green propane cylinder; not a yellow MAPP cylinder (actually propylene. The last MAPP plant in America and Canada was switched over to propylene production in 2008). I'm bringing this up because your forge is showing plenty of heat, considering one of its walls is wide open; so close it up properly (Forges 101 thread), and then we can get on to dealing with your real problem, which will be the torch nozzle overheating. You can read why this will happen, along with how to solve the problem in the Burners 101 thread.

Also, us crusty types are trying to instruct many other people at the same time.

On the brighter side, there are special attachments that allow your cartridge mounted torch to be run from regular fuel cylinders for about $20

Smelting is taking metal ore and reducing it to metal.  That looks like it may be a melting furnace; but NOT a smelting one!  (and using the small bottles is pretty much the most expensive way to heat a forge!)

Honestly guys i have no idea what i'm doing i've lloked up so many designs and tried to find the most simplest idea i could create but thank you everyone for the advice i'll try to build that Tburner but all the stores in this town probably carry nothing i'm looking for so i'm gonna have to search alot
