I have two 30# tanks and wanting to run both at the same time through one regulator then to the forge, as in have both open at the same time. Is this possible? For sure there is a Blacksmith Association you can mix with. You can purchase all the fittings you need from your local hose/hydraulic fitting supplier. In your own town probably, not on-line. Here in the USA I'd go to a propane place that deals with campers and trailers and just buy the pre-made kit. If he's in Singapore it might be different!
