Gergely
Hi ID, I have some unsure memories of this shape being related to stonework/masonry. I think I even have one like this somewhere. Bests: Gergely

Frank Turley
Probably a mill pick aka "mill bill" used to chip the channels in grist mill stones.
Smoggy
Gergerly, I've been looking at this and wondering where I know that shape from. It is indeed identical to what I know as a scutch as use by brick layers and masons although somewhat bigger than I'm used to and without the interchangable toothed inserts. Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
My vote would also be on the mill pick. http://www.angelfire.com/journal/millrestoration/article.html#anchor276889
