John in Oly, WA Posted April 19, 2017 Author Share Posted April 19, 2017 My brother and I are planning our mother's birthday dinner, as we've done with varying degrees of success over the last several years (fun to take over mom's kitchen for a day, although I'm not sure she would completely agree) and my brother decided the theme would be Cajun/Creole dishes, so now I have Hank Williams' "Jambalaya" running through my head as I look over Jambalaya, crawfish pie, and filé gumbo recipes.
