SReynolds
See there is an HB advertised on eBay made entirely from steel (not wrought and steel) with 100% rebound. Would that be a discovery (realization, not the Horse) of perpetual motion? Will this anvil solve the world's energy issues?
Andrew Martin
They probably meant 10.0% and forgot the decimal point
C-1ToolSteel
I've seen that before. Put it on a level surface and the ball will just keep going forever!
TwistedCustoms
The really good ones are around 150%. Once you learn to windmill your arm while holding the hammer it just spins faster and strikes harder with each strike until you back away from the anvil. Yeah, you can get a lot of work done with 150%!
Tubalcain2
frosty will agree with me that all soderfors get at least 250% rebound.
NoName
My favorite ebay claim for an anvil listing was "from a smoke free home". This one is up there. N.N.F. Beautiful, Manchester, Michigan. USA
