Never heard of that brand, looks to be cast so check the face for hardness, ball bearing test, and check the base for material, (spark test, drill test, etc.) Does it have an appreciable ring? Free standing cast steel anvils are LOUD, cast iron ASOs are quiet. They may be Ductile for an intermediate version. Postman has only "The following names may be found on farrier's cast anvils: Hoover, Thomas, Valley and Enders.
