Zeroclick
I made these today in a class. My first hook is on the left and progress to the right it is nice to see the change from the first one. Then in the afternoon we did some twists. On the big onenough I also got to do a forge weld which is my first one and I am quite happy with it.
Daswulf
Nice Zeroclick. It's always good to get to see improvement. The more you do of something the better you should get so keep at it.
Zeroclick
Yeh it was a really good chance to check I was on the right track and not getting into any bad habits. Also now I have something I can add more twist examples too which will be good to see how I have developed.
ausfire
Nice twists! I like the one you have reversed in the middle. Now you're ready to have a go at pineapple twists, spaghetti twists (my term), cube twists etc. Make sure you keep some of your early efforts; it's always good to look back and see how far you've come. Zeroclick
Thanks ausfire I am really happy with them. I will be adding to my key chain of twists hopefully it won't take me long to fill it up and the hooks are all going in my workshop to remind me. Smoggy
Thanks Z, for some inexplicable reason Mr Stevenson, despite his prolific high profile work in and around North Yorkshire, was missing from my list! Error now recified, You've picked a good tutor Z that's for sure.
Zeroclick
He is really good and has massively improved the way I will approach work. It is nice to see the improvement in the hooks I made with him but also compared to the first one I tried to make in my own workshop.
