I like my stuff on wheels, keeps $ out of the county assesors hands and it never failes I put my sheds in the wrong dang place. Woodshop is an old U-haul box on an old Camp trailer frame, sewing/leather workshop is the box of my NPR on an old fith wheel frame. around here the tax the square footage under a roof, so run-in sheds, Car ports, porches ect.
