J'S Anvil
Just stopped in to say Hello Great thing about about being in Florida is I don't need a forge in the summer, just let it sit for a few minutes in the sun and it's ready to go,
MRobb
Hello, and welcome to the site. It's a great place with many knowledgeable people. Yes, as a fellow Floridian, it does get a bit hot to comfortably forge.

ausfire
Nice piece of textured wrought. But what are the bananas doing there?
BIGGUNDOCTOR
It is a banana hanger, keeps them from getting bruised on the bottoms
ausfire
A banana hanger? Gee, I live in banana country and I've never seen one of those! As a Queenslander I have been referred to as a Bananabender but that hanger is new on me! Learn something everyday.
Charles R. Stevens
I have seen vented wire shelved cabinets (not unlike a pie safe) where bannanas are layed out individually to retard ripening (and spoiling) in the tropics. Bannana hangers work on the same principle. By providing better ventilation the ethaline gas dissipates. The opposit is true if you put them in a bag.
