njanvilman
Quad States was good for the museum this year. Only one Fisher added, the 20 lb, but added three bicks, an oilfield anvil, a colonial anvil, two random block anvils, and some other goodies in the picture. Reminder to all that my museum is open all who have an interest, no admission costs ever, donations gratefully accepted, and I always have Fisher label t shirts. Just message me before you come to find out if I will be around, and to get exact directions.
Everything Mac
Some interesting kit there. That triangular lump is odd, what's that for? The stake in the centre looks pretty cool though. I'd be interested in seeing a few more pics of that. All the best Andy
njanvilman
View of the top, leaning against another anvil. View of the side I also would like to know more about this anvil/bick. It weighs about 35 lbs. Obviously handmade. It has a hardy hole only. Definitely old. Anyone have any idea of this style in terms of origin? Curious minds want to know. Everything Mac
Thanks for the extra pics. Certainly rare if not unique. Looks like a great portable anvil. Andy
