the iron dwarf
have a nickel anode from a former electroplating works. it weighs 10lb 8 1/2 oz ( 4.77kg ) and is 28 3/4" ( 73cm ) long. when new it would probably have been 2" by 1" but has eroded down to a sort of chunky sword blank shape. anyone got any idea what the current nickel price is so if people are interested in it I dont try to over or under sell it. ThomasPowers
Spot price is about US$6.55 per pound Might get more for it from blademakers who want to use it for fittings...

Metalsmith21
The prices of metal change daily just like gold does. usally they sell metal by the pound.
Nobody Special
Used to work at a plant in Huntsville, Al that worked with a lot of oddball non-ferrous types. If I remember, they sold nickel and and especially nickel-titanium scrap cheap because it was in low demand because it was hard to melt and re-use.
