Probablyforged Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 I've had this old hatchet, what I believe is used for hewing, for about 10 years. I recently re sharpened it and noticed the remnants of a maker's mark, but it's just to worn to make out. It appears on the back of the hatchet there is a nickel or brass filling, but I'm not real sure. Can anyone tell me what brand this is, or anything about it at all.
