freeman
My weekend project: I made a trellis for a clematis my wife planted in the yard. This is by far the most ambitious thing I've forged to date and my first attempt at banding pieces together. Forged from 1/2" round stock. Towards the end I was seriously wishing I had a power hammer.

freeman
Nice work..How long did it take..? I'm not real sure. I worked on it all day Saturday and most of the day on Sunday, so maybe 16 hours total? A lot of that time spent staring off into space trying to figure out what my next move was going to be. Junksmith
Beautiful. It will look good without without plants growing on it. Trellises should look good in the winter too!
freeman
Finally got the trellis planted. My work's done, now it's the clematis's turn.
Bentiron1946
Just my opinion but that's way to pretty for a clematis and way to small to boot! Nice work on all the tendrils
Fe-Wood
Supper Project! Seems a shame to cover it with a plant....

Frosty
Beautiful piece of work! One aspect I like is it can be installed at different angles and still be stunning. Frosty the Lucky
sfDuck
Nice work! I like the cross peen work, and the banding. Sprinkle lime at the bottom of it so we can see it all year long! :P
