kustomsteel
WOW!! I love the detail that was put into this piece!! Details, man. Details. Size, what did you start with, etc. This piece is about 16" tall- started with a hollow steel ball and added various size round bar- and lot's of welding and grinding. I had a real hard time posting this- was the pic huge when you opened it?

CurlyGeorge
If you are having trouble resizing your photos, go to "fotosizer" and get the free download. Then you can resize them and then post. I resize mine to 600px width X 450 tall. That size seems to work out pretty well. Hope this helps. :D
kustomsteel
Thanks CG, I have about 42 process photos of this piece, I may have to wait for the wife to assist on this one... I'll tell her your suggestion!

kustomsteel
Nice piece! great detail of expression! Your shop looks well equipped, you mostly do sculpture? You full time? Thanks Danger Dillon! I have some decent tools, my forge and anvil are homemade but get the job done. I mostly do furniture and boring, straight up metal fabrication jobs. The sculpture is what I went to school for and what I love to do but for now the money is with the other work. I am full time- been on my own for about 14 years out back in the 2 car garage! Dillon Sculpture
Finding time to do what you feel is of redeeming quality for your skill level and what people have sought you out to build is not always the same path. Most of the time I feel like I am biding time, although some of the ideas generally creep into what I'm working on at the time. Keep up the good work.
