genericname
Hello everyone. I first got interested in smithing at a Renfair in Ohio but just recently got around to learning more about it. I am a proficient game developer(organiztion, ideas, and story writing) and I excel at Chemistry (especially pyrotechnic chemistry) when I apply myself. My interest in smithing has been sparked once again but this time through weapons training insted of a renassaince fair. I began researching ancient weapons and became very interested in Asian smithing styles in addition to European style. Im not so much intersted in smithing weapons as making things I can display. I am a complete newbie when it comes to forging and would like to become more involved.
ThomasPowers
Well depending on where in OH you should look up SOFA, NOB, MOB or Western Reserve blacksmithing groups. Thomas
