primtechsmith Posted October 31, 2006 Author Share Posted October 31, 2006 Schedule: Yesteryear Forge Hammer In Nov. 11, 2006 9am-4:30pm 8-9am: set up of tailgaters 9am-9:30am: sign in, look around, and enjoy the coffee and pastries! 9:30-11am: Introduction of demonstrators, and Demo by Mike Tanner: “jigs, fixtures, and other time saving tidbits” 11am-12noon: Randy Cox demonstrating working copper sheet metal 1st Half 12-12:30pm: LUNCH! Brunswick stew fixed over the fire in a huge 35 gallon pot! 12:30-1pm: Iron-In-The-Hat 1pm-2pm: Randy Cox demonstrating working copper sheet metal 2nd Half 2pm-4pm: LT Skinnell demonstrating leaf hooks, candleholder bases, and a hummingbird. 4pm-4:30: Closing NOTE: THE OPEN FORGE STATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY LONG FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FORGE, AND WILL BE OUTFITTED WITH EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED!
