territorialmillworks
I have two chop saws. The Milwaukee's motor is on its last leg. The Black and Decker is a heavier saw but the pivot boss was worn out and cuts crooked. The answer - bore out the boss, build a new shaft and mount the B&D on the Milwaukee base. Pault17
I also feel the need to partially clarify. There is a distinct difference between the "country gentleman" Redneck and the "jeff foxworthy" redneck. other than that, nice backwoods engineering on the chop saw! monstermetal
shoot, I dont find that even a little odd. Seems like the perfectly logical thing to do... Wonder if that means Im a redneck? I think its more like a "blacksmith" thing than a redneck thing.... I was told, and I believe it to be true.. That there is no such thing as "scrap" in a blacksmith shop
