james m
Hi there, I've just had my first one day course in blacksmithing and now i'm hooked! Now I'm looking around for what course to try next: blade smithing, sculpture, or just learing new skills. James
Thomas Dean
Howdy from East TEXAS!! and welcome to IFI! Glad to have ya join up. As a suggestion, find an ABANA affiliate neat you and JOIN!! you can get some good hands on instruction that doen't cost anything! Also a good way to find tools you may 'need';), find out about other meetings in your area, and just make a bunch of good friends. As far as what course to take next I would recommend working with what you have learned in your ferst class til you can do it in your sleep, new material could just confuse and discourage before you master any of it...read too much info too fast. Just my $.02 on that subject. Once agian, welcome.
