jimkb8tbi Posted September 10, 2009 Share Posted September 10, 2009 A quick caution--do not assume that the 4x8 sheet are true dimensionally. I am in the process of building a project with 10 sheets of this. I found out that the best that you can count on is 47.5 by 97.5 because of variations in size and alignment of the edges. Mostly i could get one side and end to square up and had to trim the other sides. Use a jig of OSB to guide your angle grinder. Eats up cutoff wheels like crazy.
