I am new to discussion forums. But I need help from folks with more experience than me! I have a Buffalo forge that was given to me. I took it apart and found that the bearings on the screw drive need to be replaced. The forge has no numbers on it nor do the bearings. How will I go about replacing these bearings?:)

I live in the western NC mountains near Spruce Pine. I recently got a Buffalo Forge. The forge has a 2" air opening. I tore it apart and found that the bearings on screw drive need to be replaced. Every thing else looks good. There are no numbers on the forge or on the parts. All it says is Buffalo Forge Co. Buffalo, NY. It is a hand crank forge with about an 18" diameter round table or bigger. When you crank the handle, the bearings made a grinding noise. Any suggestions where I can find the bearings I need? Can any one help me?:)

Hello, I live in NC mountains, near Spruce Pine. I recently come across a Buffalo Forge with about a 2" air outlet. I tore it apart and the two bearings on the screw drive that the fan attaches to are bad. They need replacing. The rest of the forge is in good shape. I cannot find any parts numbers or numbers on the forge. Where could I possibly find these two bearings?
