Thanks for all the responses.....I will do some more research as to what I want to do.....I have considered the Frosty and like I've seen on YT it is "a proven design". I'm sure I will find the answer on this forum. Thanks again.

I saw a Youtube on using a turkey cooker burner where he cut off the burner end and jam fit a bell on that cut end with good results. He suggested adding a little more pipe as the ending result was a little short. He apparently was using it for smelting ore but stated it would work good in a forge. Kris DeVo was his name.

Thanks for the response......does the bell improve the flame or just make it look cool or ?

I'm building a propane forge. All the videos I've viewed show the iron pipe that enters the forge have a "bell" on the end. Do I need to install one?
