The man I purchased it from said that it belonged to his grandfather and that he was a blacksmith in Philadelphia Pennsylvania USA. Doing more research the FRP with Anchor was the stamp for Fayette R Plumb.

Trying to identify a makers mark on a hammer that I purchased today. It is stamped with an Anchor with three letters across it. The first two are clearly FR and the third is possibly a P or F. Any help would be appreciated. Will try to add photos. The older gentleman that I purchased it from said his grandfather was a blacksmith in the Philly area and it had belonged to him
