Hi, I have this wilton vise and it just stopped opening on its own. I can pull the jaws open and close them with the handle but it wont open with the handle. Based on this photo there seems to be something missing - there is a washer but nothing to hold it to the jaw. Any idea what replacement part I need? Thanks! Russ
