Champion 201 won't turn

With more lubricant and some more muscle I was able to get everything moving and even drilled a hole in a 2x4, Thanks! -
I have a Champion #201 it's in good shape but I can't get the horizontal drive shaft or the vertical shaft to turn. The worm drive in the photo of the horizontal shaft turns but it doesn't engage any gears. I attached some pictures. I'd any appreciate any advice on this beautiful old tool. Tom
