Ive asked before but heres some better pictures. The horn was welded on by myself as it was half broke off and missing when i bought the thing. Does anyone know what this anvil make is please

thanks all. I live UK. The horn Mod was me welding a piece on the end of it as it was broken off and missing when i bought it. It was the only thing I could do with my limited talents at the time. The Marking are on the side on the waist.

Has only three markings a "2" and "25" with a downwards pointing arrow between them and slightly lower than them. Anyone help??
