Sorry for taking so long to reply. Lathe is a hobby lathe, not a production lathe, so I don't expect too much from it :D But so far, its done what i need it to do. As long as I don't try to do too much at one time, it works well. Haven't tried theading with it yet. As for HF tools in general, again, I don't use them for production but I have quite a few. 3 grinders, at least a half dozen air tools that I put different bits and stones on so no one gets over used and they are cheap enough to replace if one breaks. That hasn't happen so far. YMMV ;)
