Larry was a big help to me he is very knowledgeable. The numbers are on the front left top of the anvil and the front lower left front of the hammer. I used cup wire brushes to clean mine up. then 2 coats of primer and three coats of paint. I used gloss because I knew there would be oil dripping from running it.

that is a great hammer I just refurbished one this last year look under powerhammer champion you can see photos on the hammer and the front of the anvil is a serial Number mine is 329 what is yours

well its been about 6 months I wrote you about your work cloth line the boots had one seem come un done but they are holding up great
