 There are some good threads on electrolysis on this sight. A 100 gal. none metal water tank for livestock works a treat for me. I use A&H super washing soda for electrolyte.  MJ. what are you using to cut the crosses? I have a cheep portaband that I use with a homemade table and fence that I can adjust down close enough to cut them from 1/8" stock for earrings. Also, when I get set up to cut them, I will cut at least 50 or so. It is a pain to get them just right......          Dave

 When I cut the 1/8" ones, I generally cut 50 or so at a time. I have to have no distractions and be in the right state of mind at the time. The 1/4" snowflakes are a bit tougher........LOL                Dave               Life is Good

 Cut with fine tooth Band saw.....

 When I am making ear rings or necklaces, out of 1/8 and 3/16 square stock. I do not cut one long leg off. I just loop it over for a attachment point.      Life is Good                 Dave

 I may be going old school, but it seems lately I have been starting my forges and wood stove with flint and steel. I make my strikers, char cloth and charcoal and add coal and coke as the time is right. It doesn't take much longer than the propane torch on charcoal method for me.......     life is good            Dave
