Can somebody help.I have a small anvil,on one side 59 is stamped.That must be the weight,on the other is stamped John Po e.It can be Power or Powell.The other letters of the surname I can not make out.

Can anyone help me ? What is the difference in running costs for a gas and a coal forge ? I am moving into a new building and thinking of building a gas forge instead of a coal forge . I would appreciate all the advice I can get.

Hi Wim.Glad to see you have started on plans for wheels 2008.My wife is pregnant and her docter do not want her to go on long trips with a car.At this moment the plans are off to go to wheels 2008.I will let you know at a later date.

I need advice on the restoration of anvils. What kind of welding rod must I use ? At this moment I have 5 anvils of different sizes and all with some degree of damage. Can anyone help ? Lukas
