    i have one hole in the wood of this bellows in the midle and i put pipe and its blow from bellow to fair port directly .My opinion is to make that air go from down to up i think it will bether lightening the forge because air go to up

    i use this homemade bellows when i today using it on a small pleace of wood just to see that it will blow it was be exelent but you must put something heavy on upper tube and that make a strong air i was making 2 leaver of pine but it was broke up and i will try to use metal instead of wood because when you work with leaver the pleace when it"s nailed get split and it "s good how air go to other side out of bellows i need to full other flaps

    i make inner tubel bellows two inner tube one inner tube up and one is down like this i dont have hearth i was thinkig to build but that pipe in bellows is too high instead to heat metal i cool down with bellows how to put pipe in regular pleace

    i make somekind bellows but i figured out that problem is not in bellows problem is in my hearth

    i think that is because i put plastic instead of sheet metal on one parit you can see in the midle i put out bellows and i making sheet metal and i will see result

    ok i will take video and show how it wor is it enaugh air i have some sugestion that rubber can get burned and problem is that uper tube is empty no air goes in upper tube i dont know what is purpose of up inner tube

    its falling allways when i put and i can use only down innet tube up inner tube is just reservoar can i use up and down inner tube in same time if i do i can make real good air

    this turn out dont work :angry: can i put this thing on the land can you say me how much air i need not in number but simple how it must blow ANd one blacksmither said me that rubber cant use in forge because it will burn like hell

    i lost some bearings from my drill wil that cause problem and its a lithle easyer its like i put on 1st speed but crank stay on 2 speed can i make a drill speed bether than usual

    can i change the side of bellows i think to up inner tube put down and down inner tube put up because up inner tube is much stronger then down inner tube .up Inner tube is need just for the reserve air and i think up is bigger then down can i replace side will that change something

    Ok i have old breast drill but i released that i will have more pover if i convert it to bench drill and by the way i have some vice . and i think i can make the vice hold object and drill to make hole in steel.IF i convert my breast drill can i drill a steel i can drill a wood with my drill but iam need to drill iron or steel.

    i dont find tips to make blowers i only find axle option how to make axle how to heat treatman i find how to make bob i look at book , can you tell me on how page is bellows show

    i have metal sheet but i dont have sissors for metal i have hack saw but i think its hard to cut metal preciesely do you have difrent way instead use hacksaw or sissors

    i put leather instead of rubber guys can i use slim (thin) peace of wood instead sheet metal to atach iner tube on plywood

    i will try with rasp because i hammered this and its have flap inside i cant pass trough "when i wide the hole will air escape

    my progres with bellows it"s half done only i need atach iner tube of cars and make frame which is easy this was the hard job

    you must kiding me that this thing work i thik it is small:D Is it a plastic do it melt if you using no offence funnel go to forge

    I think i will have a patience and find some material to make project works good:BEther to not rush.Because i have a lots of plans in my had .And i"m hoping that once of them will work.
