I haven't recorded that logo style in the 43k or 48k range.
If you can do the same chalk dusting on the side logo stamp, that can help with dating as well.
They used several different styles of logo stamp through their production.
Later Trenton anvil, for a period of time they were stamped on the waist like that instead of the normal position up on the side.

That is not a new plate. Some Columbians were cast with that as part of the pattern mold.
That is original casting. Check it with a ball bearing for rebound amount, if you're satisfied with it a Columbian is a high quality cast steel anvil.
A good wire brushing would reveal a clearer view of the serial number and logo stamp. If clean those up a bit, please post pictures of the logo and serial!

The 125 on the left foot is the weight stamp.
Can you scrub the front right of the front foot for a better view of the serial number? Is that A5266? Or A5266x?
