I started off playing video games when I was in my early years, like an assortment of MUDs and moving to Ultima Online. That is where I was introduced to Blacksmithing in a video game. Crafting had become a fascination and obtaining materials to create goods I could sell that would help others was what I did for over 7 years in that game. Every game thereafter that I played, I got heavily into crafting, and almost always picked up Blacksmithing.
So fast forward 20 odd years, and I am here actually Blacksmithing now. Cool beans Now if I could only make armor to slay the dragon and save the world ...
