I have a forge i can configure "on the fly" i'll post some pictures. it accepts most of the charcoal i pour right on the fire, if you get those big half burn pieces i throw them aside for a rainy day to cut up. and i do the same for sorting, i put all the ash in a large container to sift with a sieve of some sort.

Hey! i was reading your post about royal oak charcoal, and sparking. I use the same stuff and have for a year now. i recommend investing in some welding gloves for you hands and a welding apron to protect you body. Any questions shoot me and email.
