Here are some pictures of a scroll bender I made. At first it was just a scroll welded to a plate and the plate welded to an angle and set in the vice. I had about 240 plus scrolls to make and it seemed like it was taking forever so I bolted a 3/4" flange bearing to the plate and welded 3/4" round stock to the angle and set it in the vice. I put a trailer jack crank handle on the top. I'm only bending 1/4 x 1/2 flat bar and it works great. Before I knew it I was done. The last picture is one of the end results of the scroll bending.

Here is another project I worked on this past summer. Its a bike rack for the Town of Elkton police department. I think I should have used my imagination a little more on the middle rack and left the expanded metal out. Thats me in the last photo, aint I handsome. :blink:
