Hello all, I thought it about time to introduce myself. My name is Jason Wade and im a junkyard o' holic. I spend my days off scavenging scrap heaps and badgering neighbors with promising looking piles of metal refuse. I am 21 and started pounding away at the age of 16. I have only recently begun seriouse work as I have at along last found a kindred spirit near where I live, Central Valley CA. Currently I make decorative work and have also been making small blades (under around 8in) for a few years now. I am planning on working more on blades at this point. Eventually I will get around to posting pics of some of my work with patterned steel (usually old rasps, files, or chainsaw chains) This looks like an excellent site with good people in it. I look foreward to hearing from some of you! And incedently dont hate on the name.... I like rubber ducks
