  1. New toy! It was made for assembling tank tracks.
  2. Here's a small car part I made using 'buck forming'. The buck is the red piece. Here I'm forming a panel on an English Wheel.

  4. DC is affected by magnetism a lot more than AC is. If you're struggling with your DC rectifier it is sometimes worth trying your old AC buzzbox.
  5. In part two of the film, someone did miss and hit a workmate in the leg. He hopped around for a few seconds then carried on working.
  6. They are very easy to make. Simply get some circles cut in 1/4" plate, say 18", 12", 6" and 3". Cut a few lengths of angle iron into 4' lengths. Weld the angle iron to the circles to make a cone mandrel. Easy.
  7. In the UK I've seen similar sized ones sell from between £300 - £800 ($550 -$1500).
  8. Combo dies are my favorite, other people prefer flat. Both will do exactly what you want if your technique is correct.
  9. For some strange reason, I've got a few photos of stacked anvils!
