Dragon chest1



Reproduction Medaeval Oak chest handforged in pure iron with dragons head terminations on the hinges an bands. All high class furniture of that period was hand painted irrespective of the wood from which the chests were made. This chest was part of a commission in order to take the Great Tower of Dover Castle back to the reign of King Henry the Second.
