Nice job guys!what grade of steel did you use and about how long per hammer to make?

I once saw Brian Brazeal forge a rounding hammer in 9, thats right, 9 heats. He blew me and everyone watching, away with his speed.

I once saw Brian Brazeal forge a rounding hammer in 9, thats right, 9 heats. He blew me and everyone watching, away with his speed.

Yah I've struck for Brian on 9 heat hammers and now I've been working with his little brother Ed. So yes some of are tools where made in nine heats but some take more because theres more moving going on. The top swages took 12 heats.
