Spinning Circle

Its a long pointed taper split on the thick end to two short points riveted to a base. The spinning part is more like a coiled spring of 1 1/2 turns with the ends scrolled and enough space between the coils to allow it to swing freely. And drip cups on top of the scrolls with a sticking point to hold the candle.
