  1. Hey all, I have a new addition and I was wondering if I could get info. on it. It is a 150# Trenton Serial # 223514. It is a little on the "interesting" side.
  2. Why do I have to live so far away......and poor? :(
  3. Thanks guys, I think I will build the stand a little higher than knuckle height and then wittle it down from there. I will also leave my next one on the ground since I have been called a knuckle dragger in the past. T.
  4. This topic has probably been coverd before but being new to this site I am not sure where to look for the answer. I found my new prize anvil at the local salvage guys house while dopping off some old galvanized bits and pieces. Now I need to know, high should I build the stand for it? Thanks for any info. T.
  5. has not set their status

  6. "The problem with foolproof machines is we keep finding dumber and more dangerous fools;-)" "Oh, Mikey, anyone could make that cut with the right tools, but it takes a genious to make it with the wrong tools." The two best lines ever spoken. I used to train people how to run "foolproof" CNC machinery and I have never heard a more accurate way of describing some of the individuals I was given the opportunity to work with.
  7. AWW CRIKEY!!!!! That's xxxxxxx sweet! Great work, and glad to hear you saved a good hammer from being scrapped. I am going to have to switch to coal soon, my gas tanks keep freezing up on me half way through a project.
  8. Thanks for the information guys, I figured someone here must have had some experience with one of these hammers. I am hoping to go look at it on Friday and will let you guys know how things turn out. Thanks again.
  9. WOW, looks like I need to do a little bit of studing on what parts are where before I head over to take a look. Also, do you have any idea what this hammer may weigh? Thanks again.
  10. Currently this is all I have to go off of, no pics right now. Could you guys let me know what I should look for or beware of when I go take a look at it. "Moloch/little giant Power Trip Hammer, 50# head, leather belt drive, under power and good working condition Thanks.
  11. It is good to know that we have somebody here who can rescue and use a great piece of equipment like that. Way to go!
