Identify 2 tools and a makers mark?

Looks like a flatter and an edge/border tool, the latter being rocked along linearly with the longer tip acting as a fence.

Several years ago, the tool collector, Kenneth Lynch, had amassed many smithing tools and lots of them were from Europe, especially France. With his passing in Wilton, CT, there were some dispersal sales, and some of the tools had markings such as yours.

Didn't think of a edging tool, but makes sense...

 

What about hammer with small point...?

 

These came from a ranch type house in high desert small blacksmith shop...nothing looked to be used really in years...

funny you should say that, another piece I received in the deal is a hammer type bottle opener lol I think I just need to add a key ring....
