nickh
Hello Folks, I have been corresponding with an individual about an anvil and they have indicated that below the Peter Wright name are the letters AT T. I have done some searches but have not been able to find any references to these markings. Would any of the experts here have an idea. Thanks, Nick
Black Frog
Pictures would help, but many times companies (and/or people) stamped their own marks and names into equipment.AT&T has been around since the late 1800's, so it may not be out of the question of them marking an anvil.I'm sure they had them in use back then...... Black Frog
Thinking about this a bit more, and without pictures we are simply guessing, but are they just seeing some partial letters of the common PW stampings?PETERWRIGHTPATENT
