my sheet steel pipe

after reading the post by the late Mike Ameling i had to make this. made from mild steel, wrapped in hemp twine. (it DOES get hot!) i gave it to my uncle who told me how hot it got, so i wrapped it and problem solved.Attached File  pipe 1.JPG   260.83K   214 downloads

Scale up one and you could have a custom horn or forge blower pipe/ tuyere combination ;)

AndrewOC you and I must have been on the same wave length. When I first saw that pipe I thought just scale that up a bit and put a mouthpiece on it and you can blow the horn for dinner at the next hammer-in. Nice looking pipe!
