I recall a conversation on "The Forge" forum years ago when you mentioned an improved burner design, it was shortly after Mr. Porter's book was published. I have built Mike's propane forge burners,and I want a simpler concept. It's a great book, although I spent more time on the burners than I wanted to, short attention span and all....what...oh yea.

Frosty, Glad to hear you are doing better. I want to offer my condolences on your dog. I just put mine down last Sunday for the same reason, bone cancer. She never saved my life but she was a good friend. Hope you recover soon as you are a great contributor to this site and seem like a hell of a nice person.
