  1. I won't recoil the stator, not my area. Disassembly is.
  2. Finland. It only takes couple hours to fly here... We came to same conclusion here. Let's heat up the beast and remove the stator.
  3. Hello, We got on old metal cutter and the motor is "burner". So we decited to re coil it. Problem is how to remove the motors stator? It is there pretty tight and can't see any method of attacment. In pic.2 are small gaps in outer ring ond you can actually see trough other side from those gaps.
  4. (iron symbols are falling juts like in the furnace) I know what you mean. Like I wrote the Coat of Arms of Bloom Smith
  5. The treated part is moving freely. Doo-hickey:confused: Any synonym for doo-hickey? Length for this "what ever it is" is about 40 cm (15.7 inch)
  6. Hello Hammers I found this piece from old shop. I have no idea what it is but maybe i can use it like "mini mandrel";) Tool from lathe?
  7. Piece of ART. Looks really realistic. I would like to see how these are made (tools, techniques. etc.). Blueprint maybe....:)
  8. Hello everybody Well, I have been reading this forum for a while. Maybe its time to introduce myself. Blacksmithing is my hobby. I have done blacksmith related stuff for a few years now. I have made Puukkos (knives), hooks, bottle openers and so on. Stuff what beginners do. I also collect almost anything related in blacksmithing. My better half says that my hobby has gotten way out of hand. Is there something wrong if I store an old 40 kg anvil in our livingroom  . If you have same kinds of problems I think I'm in right place. Keep it hot..... My first Puukko Blade: B
