Instead of a hood like that could you take a old propane tank and cut a hole in the front and put chimney on top.

My chimney is five inches in diameter. I read about burning newspaper on a different topic. So i tried that and theres almost no smoke lingerie in my shed.

I'm building a brake drum forge and was wondering if anyone knows if this will work as a forge blower.

I seen Something about using camel dung

If you were dumb enough to stick something that big in a forge fire. How would you even get it out of the forge with out burning yourself

Does anyone know of any odd forge fuels. Besides coal coke charcoal and corn.

I Made a hood out of popcorn tin last night. It had a decent draw. Some smoke wasn't going up the chimney. I made the hole a little bit bigger to see if that works.
