Those would be the good ol' days eh? I don't suppose that lad was just visiting his dad at the factory the day the man with the new fangled camera thing turned up. And I can imagine the factory manager handing over the keys to one of those terraces. "This is where you'll be living. Doesn't it have a lovely vista and you'll love the clean crisp air."

Don't worry as soon as your lungs go you'll be out on the street and get all the fresh air you can use living under a bridge.

It's interesting to note that average height and life expectancy went *down* during the industrial revolution.
